This Advent season we want to turn our eyes to King Jesus. In a manger, Mary and Joseph would lay down the King we need.
Between 733-732 BCE, the prophet Isaiah shares a vision of a king that would come to rescue his people. The prophecy would take its time, however God is not bound by time. Yet, God is faithful.
In God's faithfulness he would send Jesus, His son who would become King. Just as Isaiah announced he would be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Let's behold the King we all desperately need.
