We serve together as a team in order to care for, equip, lead, and guide the church, while remaining under our great shepherd, Jesus.

Compass View Elders

Our pastors/elders are faithfully committed to leading and loving the church family and the community. We function in a plurality of Elders, serving together for the good of the church for the sake of the kingdom.

Ephesians 4:16 says, “He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and
growing and full of love.”

This is how we feel about our team. God knows how to put to together a body to fit together and help each other so that the whole church is healthy and growing and loving. That is the kind of culture our team desires as we lead.

Meet our Lead Pastor

Jonathan and his wife Mandi love Arkansas. Jonathan has served in various ministry roles for 23 years. He began as a student pastor, then church planter, lead pastor, and now has jumped back into church planting.

Jonathan attended Oxford Baptist Institute earning a BA in Bible Languages, and an MDiv from Texas Baptist Institute & Seminary.

When not pastoring, Jonathan enjoys reading, crossfit, hunting, coaching, and engaging in anything that involves his wife and children.
